It is important to note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Inspection and Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. However, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

The most efficient method for obtaining a different item is to return the original product and, once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
